Rental—No refund is available after an event unless booth performance does not meet standards of availability set in contract. In that event, a prorated refund based on available time will be given.

Prints/Canvas Gallery Wraps—Your order will be inspected by VIP Photo Booths prior to being delivered to you. Any damage that occurs during shipment will be immediately caught and a replacement print will be ordered.

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your print(s), kindly return the print(s) to us within seven (7) days, and we will either replace the image(s) or offer a full refund for that print(s).

CD/DVD—No refund is available once the CD/DVD of the full-resolution images is delivered.
